It is evidence-based, systematic and aligned.
It acknowledges the dynamic tensions of keeping staff involved in strategy and ensuring the organisation is managed to deliver what it promises to those receiving its services. The Denison model is based on 27 years of research on over 1,500 organisations and 50,000 individuals.
